This large ornate pendant was designed as a 90% replica of an original Art Deco lantern installed at the U.S. Department of Interior when the building was constructed in the 1930’s. The minor faces of the octagonal body are custom cast lattice, cross bars and other trim are machine fluted, bottom skirt decorations and palmette trim around the perimeter cylinders¬†are custom cast, and an anchor and eagle emblem¬†is rendered in heavy gauge lasercut as a large medallion on the major face of the octagonal body. Entirely constructed of solid aluminum, in a mixed satin and polished finish. Lenses are clear frosted glass.
