Inspired by a vintage table lamp, this fixture is made of solid brass. The stem is machined, the low-profile base spun, and the shade holder is heavy gauge brass with a machined groove for retaining the acrylic, designed for structural integrity over time in the high use setting of the library’s reading room. The shade is a warm white custom molded seamless taper-sided acrylic drum with a polycarbonate top lens held in place by a low-profile brass finial. Three medium base socket lampholders are decorative for view from below. The fixture is finished  in our standard Aged Brass patina.

Notes

Portable version with cord and plug, and fixed mounted version with toggle switch in base (not shown). CSA dry location.
