... the 10-foot motor court entry fixtures, which included cast aluminum leaves that were painstakingly distressed and finished by hand to create additional character and a three-dimensional look and style.
Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, 375 Avenida Pezet Tower is situated in one of Peru’s most desired residential neighborhoods, San Isidro. This high-rise residential complex incorporates nearly 50 custom fixtures that Crenshaw was selected to provide.
Fixtures of note include a seven-foot diameter lobby chandelier that required a large, custom, cast aluminum trim ring and interior hallway fixtures that were constructed of hand-forged brass and custom spun components. These hallway fixtures produced a strikingly beautiful and modern interpretation of the classic colonial chandelier. Perhaps the most challenging and unique were the 10-foot motor court entry fixtures, which included cast aluminum leaves that were painstakingly distressed and finished by hand to create additional character and a three-dimensional look and style.
Crenshaw worked very closely with Robert A.M. Stern Architects throughout the design and manufacturing process to ensure quality and detail were of the highest standards.
