We provide standard diffuser and finish samples to ensure your complete satisfaction with final selections. We encourage clients to review physical samples before production. Contact our client liaison team at 540.745.3900 for assistance.
Chain and some cable suspensions can be field-adjusted, but we recommend specifying desired lengths using the OAH field for factory-set precision, minimizing the risk of finish damage. Standard suspension stems are not field-adjustable, as modifications require specialized tools, may damage the finish, and will void our warranty. Custom field-adjustable stem solutions are available upon request—please inquire.
0-10V dimming is the most common protocol for integrated LED systems, offering precise control but requiring two additional wires beyond standard electrical wiring. In cases where existing buildings lack this wiring, Crenshaw can provide 2-wire phase control dimming solutions for select LED systems, ensuring compatibility. Advanced protocols like DALI are also available upon request.
