Lake | Flato architects entrusted Crenshaw Lighting with their idea for a bold and unusual custom chandelier. Befitting Georgia Tech’s Engineered Biosystems Building, the pendant boasts scientific beakers for lenses, blue airline hoses, laboratory fittings, and a brushed stainless steel finish. In a nod to tradition, the lamping is incandescent candelabra. Crenshaw’s decades of experience combined with such unusual materials brought this one-of-a-kind fixture to life.
