Warranty and Returns
Our Craftsmen undertake extensive training in hand skills and are among the finest fabricators in the industry. We see this as a part of our heritage and stand firmly behind our work with a Limited Warranty. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
We recommend regular maintenance on all fixtures, especially those in coastal environments. Please reach out to Crenshaw’s team of client liaisons for additional information on maintenance or pricing for re-finishing fixtures.
RETURNS
WEBSITE SALES ONLY: All sales are final; however, for WEBSITE SALES ONLY, we will issue credit toward another website sale for a 30% restocking fee. We are, however, happy to provide company credit toward another purchase for any non-custom fixture that is returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Returned fixtures must not have been installed and must be in their original condition and packaging. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to such returned fixtures. Fixtures that have been installed may not be returned for refund or credit. Modified custom fixtures may not be returned for refund or credit. Account credits must be used within 24 months of issue. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the product. Return labels will not be provided.
For Non-Conforming Deliverables, Crenshaw shall (a) replace such Non-Conforming Deliverables with conforming Deliverables, or (b) refund the price for such Non-Conforming Deliverables. Customer shall ship, at its expense and risk of loss, the Non-Conforming Deliverables to Crenshaw’s facility located at 115 Lighting Way, Floyd, VA 24091. If Crenshaw exercises its option to replace the Non-Conforming Deliverables, Crenshaw shall, after receiving Customer’s shipment of Non-Conforming Deliverables, ship to Customer at Customer’s expense and risk of loss, the replaced Deliverables to Customer’s location as described in the applicable Statement of Work. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED UNDER SECTION 3.04 OF CRENSHAW'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CUSTOMER HAS NO RIGHT TO RETURN THE DELIVERABLES. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN SECTION 3.04 OF CRENSHAW'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR THE DELIVERY OF NON-CONFORMING DELIVERABLES SUBJECT TO CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE XIII OF CRENSHAW'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANY NON-CONFORMING DELIVERABLES FOR WHICH CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED DELIVERY UNDER SECTION 3.04 OF CRENSHAW'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Crenshaw Lighting’s contributions include modified standard fixtures, as well as bespoke fixtures through a contractual Design Assist process. All handmade products are distinguishable by the presence of slight variation in surface and hue. Our offering to you is sharing in the experience and passion of our creations.
