Crenshaw Lighting Return Policy
We stand behind our handcrafted fixtures and want you to love your purchase. Our process ensures satisfaction through collaborative design and multiple approval stages before final production and delivery.
- Standard Products (Website Shop Purchases): Eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A minimum 20% restocking fee applies to cover handling and inspection. Returns are for store credit only—no cash refunds. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us to initiate.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. We provide dozens of opportunities for reviews, changes, and approvals throughout the design and fabrication process to ensure you're thrilled before shipment. If issues arise post-delivery (e.g., defects), refer to our warranty for repairs/replacements.
- Exchanges/Warranty: For any product, we offer exchanges or repairs under our limited warranty if defects are reported within 1 year. Shipping for warranty claims is covered by us.
